Which salon do you go to ? Do you visit a 'western' one or stick to the Arabic ? Which is best wax or shira? Pluck or thread?

Well after living in Kuwait for 16 years, and having suffered from some bad experiences in the 'Arabic salons' I certainly prefer to opt for the western salons. Better service, trained staff and I don't need to answer all the questions from everyone including other clients, not just employees! How did you meet your husband? where do you work, whats your husband's family name? How many children do you have? and so on and on and on.
Best western salon in Kuwait has to be soho, love everything about it, the atmosphere, the products, the stylish decor, the coffee oh and a great hair cut! soho 3902077
Lovely little arabic salon in Abu Halifa, La Rouge - friendly staff, cheap prices and good quality colours for hair and not cheap nail polish. It actually lasts without chipping!
I find that the western salons are better for comfort and cleanliness, the decor is usually better and you get a more luxurious service- although some can be a bit hectic!
have to agree that western salons are definately cleaner, especially when it comes to cleaning and sterilising tools etc, also products are much better - better selection of products to buy and use at home too. love soho, especially their tanning
Tumbling curls of green by stainglass streaming light And a yellow coloured lampshade Used to keep us up all night And the smile upon her face, The tears upon your cheek And the night sky on the window Your heart calling out to me. Come running home again, Katie Come running home again Cross my heart and hope to die Shall I cause another tear from your eye The mirror that won't talk and your nightgown on the door And the old pedal Singer just don't sing no more You can roll the reels for hours From the movie of this book It's a question mark on this heart of mine Sends an elder back to look. Now I'm looking through a tunnel Back into the room With the genius of a druid when the sunlight floods the tomb And I'm never going back there, and I couldn't anyway 'Cause though I made the great escape I never got away.
